She always tried to impress me with one fancy restaurant after another. The coolest thing she ever took me to? The Congress St. bridge at dusk. I was way past second grade, and that was WAY cool. The scientist is gonna be just fine. BTW, I thought it said, "There are lots of fags in Austin". Why, yes there are. How observant of a second grader. Then I zoomed in and read "bats". Whew!
